Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Times:
– Within Sweden: 3–5 business days.

Shipping Costs:
– Free shipping on all orders over 1000 SEK.

– A flat shipping fee of 49 SEK applies to orders below this amount.

Order Tracking:
– A tracking link will be sent to your email as soon as the order has been shipped.

We work with PostNord to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

Returns and Exchanges:
You have the right to return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act.

Conditions for Returns:
– Items must be unused and in their original condition.

– The product must be returned in its original packaging.

How to Return an Item:
Contact us at info@tinyheritage.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

– Digital Return: We send you a QR code by email or text. Show the QR code at any PostNord service point, and they will print the label for you.

– Return shipping costs of 49 SEK are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is faulty.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and approving your return.

What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
We strive for the highest quality, but if you receive a defective or incorrect item, you have the right to file a complaint within three years.

If a defect appears within six months, it is presumed to have been there from the start, unless we can prove otherwise.

If you believe there is an issue with your jewelry, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill our obligations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, government restrictions, or failure by third-party service providers. In such cases, you have the right to cancel your order.
